We do our best to keep shipping costs low and transparent. We do not profit from shipping—rates simply reflect current carrier and packaging costs.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders)

• Orders up to $148.99 → $7.99 Standard Shipping

• Orders $149+ → FREE Standard Shipping

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Local Delivery / Pickup

• Free hand-delivery is available within the Watersong/Rivertown community. Select this option at checkout.

International Shipping

• At this time, we [do not offer international shipping / only ship within the U.S.].

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your package has left our facility.
