Calm Yourself! Bath Ball
Calm Yourself Bath Ball
When your nervous system is acting like it pays rent, this is your reset button. Calm Yourself turns an ordinary bath into a slow-down ritual with silky water, soft fizz, and “I can breathe again” energy.
What it does
- Fizzes and melts down stress (at least the bath-time kind)
- Softens the water feel with a light touch of oil
- Leaves you feeling calm, cozy, and a little less stabby
How to use
- Run a warm bath.
- Drop in the bath ball and let it fizz its little heart out.
- Soak 15–30 minutes. No multitasking. That defeats the purpose.
Good to know
- Texture: Classic fizz with a softer, silkier finish
- Color: Blue-lavender tone (bath water may tint lightly)
- Tip: Rinse the tub after draining to avoid any color residue
Ingredients
Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Arrowroot Powder, Fragrance, Water, Sunflower Oil, Polysorbate 80, Blue Lake 1, Red Lake 27.
Care + cautions
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
- Use caution when exiting the tub (you know that “bath legs” feeling).
- Keep in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to soak.
Dionysias ritual suggestion: phone face-down, lights low, and a deep breath that goes all the way to your toes.
